Shipping & Delivery Information

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over Rs. 5000.
• Shipping Charges: Rs. 200 will be charged for orders under Rs. 5000.
• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be dispatched the next day.
• Processing Times: Orders received on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 3 to 4 working days. During peak seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take to 7 working days.
• Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. PO boxes are not accepted.
• Signature Required: All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We attempt delivery twice if the recipient is unavailable.
• Advance Payment: Required for self-collection or areas with limited courier access.

  Exchange is allowed for unused, unworn, and unwashed products.

  The item must be in its original packaging with all tags.
  

3. Exchange Options

  Customers can exchange the product with any other item they like from Kedson’s collection.

  If the new item is higher in price, the customer will pay the difference.

  If the new item is lower in price, the remaining balance will be given as a store credit.
